Where they were
The shop's real strength is putting a customer's logo on the right garment. But its website was a white-label reseller feed: thousands of generic products, prices and pages the team couldn't shape, and nowhere to show what they actually do best.
What was at stake
Every customer who couldn't find the right garment, or ordered something out of stock, could be a customer lost to a bigger competitor. And every change to the site meant waiting for someone else.
What we did together
Rebuilt the catalogue as their own store: 4,318 products with proper pages, search titles and 37 collections that fill themselves.
Connected it to the supplier's stock feed every 30 minutes, with safety checks that stop the sync if the feed looks wrong.
Made personalised products easy to sell, with every colour shown from front, back and side, generated by AI from one photo.
Planned and published 40 articles that answer what their customers search for.
Set up a way of working where the owner asks, and AI handles the change: a new page, a campaign, a product design.
What changed
In its first two weeks the new store took more than £500 in orders, all organic, with no ads and no marketing team. And the founder now manages the whole store himself, from design updates to product changes and content, asking AI to do the work instead of hiring an agency or an IT person.
